Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund (depending on the condition of the product). Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

- Items returned that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund. 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at valourstudios.mgmt@gmail.com - with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Our team will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Pack your items securely, and send them using a trackable shipping method. Valour Studios is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-14 business days.

Refund Details

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any original shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at valourstudios.mgmt@gmail.com within 3-5 of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Additional Notes

- We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
